With regard to Corona, we have the following procedure: In the event of a lockdown and therefore no access to the holiday location, you can cancel Europe-wide anyway free of charge. The European travelinsurance has not currently defined Corona as a "pandemic" and insures this risk in the normal policy. Therefore, if you have to undertake an officially ordered preventive quarantine before or after the holiday due to the start of your holiday with us, we will not charge any cancellation fees for non-arrival or interruption of your holiday. There is also no cancellation if you have corona at home or on vacation.
